I have found couple of good flash tutorials besides lynda.com
gotoAndLearn()
collection of FLVs that explains advanced concepts. including bitmap handling, XML playlists, PHP/MySQL integration, 3D stuff, etc etc just to list a few.
Brendan Dawes's Library on Motion graphics, etc
these are simple to use object oriented libraries made off of flash classes. good just to look at and create your own from and also just to use them. you can download whole library, examples, and documentation from Brendan Dawes's web site. which is www.brendandawes.com
this is not really a tutorial but i think it is worth mentioning. (if you know japanese)
