CompUSA Repair

so my Laptop HP Pavilion zv5260us is in repair now.

it sort of had power jack problem from the beginning and it finally stopped working. it just didn't charge since the connection was too loose. i really had to try to plug it in several times and over and over and hell alot of times to make it work. that actually fried the hard drive as well (i have pretty funny story on backup but tell you later...stay on.)

Anyway, so i got a call today from CompUSA and they didn't replace the adapter probably because it was only damaged even though i told them to. Yeah, you could actually use it. However, it fails electric check or whatever they had to do to check the adapter.

give me a break dude. i have no knowledge on electricity but this is definetly not what you call a great service. i mean they say that they can give you new one/ repair even when you DROP IT. that's great! no one i know does that. but if they are doing this kind of sloppy job. i have to wonder, if my laptop is actually fixed or not. or if i should buy stuff from them again. really this was bad......

i hope it's fixed. and at least lasts until i sell this.



funny story -
so when i was taking back ups into my harddrive. it just really frustrated me because it was just way too slow. and after finishing, when i tried to safely remove the harddrive, computer just froze...and yeah never came back on again....

Harddrive has passed the soul unto the another hard drive and passed away.... i just had to write this up because it's just way too dramatic and beautiful.. i hate when people does that on screen but love it when something that shouldn't do this does... (ah yeah people shouldn't do that either.. but forgive me for being totally sane right now)

i think my harddrive has soul stealing capability and i should be sold on eBay where souls can be exchanged for some money( this is serious...)
